1. はじめに

MeetingReminder（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者が選択したGoogle CalendarまたはMicrosoft Calendarの予定を読み取り、Mac上で会議予定を表示し、開始前に通知するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリおよび本Webサイトにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。

2. 取得する情報

GoogleアカウントとGoogle Calendar

• Googleアカウントの識別子、表示名、メールアドレス
• 利用者がアクセスできるカレンダーの一覧と選択状態
• 予定のタイトル、日時、説明、場所、参加状況、会議URL、会議室リソース

本アプリは読み取り専用の権限を使用し、Google Calendarの予定を作成、変更、削除しません。

MicrosoftアカウントとMicrosoft Calendar

Microsoft Calendarへ接続した場合、同様にアカウント情報、カレンダー一覧、予定情報を読み取ります。本アプリは予定を作成、変更、削除しません。

カメラ

利用者がカメラ判定機能を有効にした場合、通知時に約2秒間、Mac上で顔の向きを解析します。映像や画像は保存されず、端末外へ送信されません。

利用者が入力する情報

通知設定、カレンダー選択、パーソナルミーティングURL、カスタムリマインダーなど、本アプリの動作に必要な設定をMac上に保存します。

ライセンス情報

有料ライセンスを認証する場合、ライセンスキー、端末を識別するためのMac名とランダムな端末ID、製品プラン、および最終確認日時を処理します。ライセンスキーと認証情報はmacOS Keychainに保存します。

無料試用情報

7日間の無料試用を認証または確認する場合、端末上で生成されたランダムなUUIDを処理します。サーバーには、このUUIDから秘密鍵を用いて生成した仮名化HMAC-SHA256識別子、試用開始日時、固定の試用終了日時、および最終確認日時のみを保存し、生のUUIDは保存しません。試用の不正利用を防ぐため、接続元IPアドレスから生成した別の仮名化HMAC識別子をCloudflareのレート制限機能で一時的に処理します。

3. 利用目的

• 今後の会議とその詳細を表示するため
• 会議開始前に画面と音で通知するため
• オンライン会議URLを提示するため
• 予定に会議室が設定されているか判定し、通知時間を調整するため
• 接続アカウントと利用者の設定を維持するため

Googleユーザーデータを広告、マーケティング、信用評価、データ販売、またはAIモデルの学習に使用しません。

4. 保存とセキュリティ

OAuthアクセストークン、更新トークン、および接続アカウント情報はmacOS Keychainに保存します。予定データは動作中のメモリで処理し、本アプリ終了後も保持する予定データベースには保存しません。通知設定などはmacOSのローカル設定領域に保存します。

GoogleおよびMicrosoftとの通信にはHTTPSを使用します。本アプリは取得したカレンダーデータを開発者が管理するサーバーへ送信しません。

購入と支払い処理にはStripe Managed Paymentsを利用します。購入時に氏名、メールアドレス、請求先情報、支払い情報などがStripeにより処理されます。開発者は完全なカード番号を保存しません。

ライセンス発行、端末認証、および無料試用の認証にはCloudflare WorkerおよびD1を利用します。購入者のメールアドレス、Stripeの取引識別子、製品プラン、ライセンス状態、および認証端末を、ライセンス提供、購入確認、返金対応、サポートのため保存します。有料ライセンスの認証時にはライセンスキー、Mac名、ランダムな端末IDが、通常7日ごとの確認時にはライセンスキーとランダムな端末IDが、開発者のライセンスサーバーへ送信されます。ライセンスキーと端末IDは一方向ハッシュとしてサーバーへ保存します。無料試用では認証時および試用状態の確認時にランダムな端末UUIDが送信され、サーバーは仮名化HMAC識別子と試用・最終確認日時のみを保存します。カレンダーデータはライセンスまたは無料試用の確認のために送信されません。

無料試用の端末UUIDから生成した仮名化識別子と日時は、無料試用の重複利用を防ぐため、本サービスの提供期間中保持します。接続元IPアドレスおよびその仮名化識別子はD1に保存せず、短時間のレート制限にのみ使用します。

5. 共有と第三者提供

本アプリは、利用者のカレンダーデータを販売せず、広告事業者やデータブローカーを含む第三者へ提供しません。認証とデータ取得のためGoogleまたはMicrosoftの公式サービスと直接通信し、支払い処理にStripe、ライセンス提供とWebサイト配信にCloudflareを利用します。法令により要求される場合を除き、その他の共有は行いません。

6. Google APIデータ

本アプリによるGoogle APIから受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Limited Use要件を含むGoogle API Services User Data Policyに準拠します。

7. 接続解除と削除

利用者は本アプリのカレンダー設定からアカウントを接続解除できます。接続解除すると、そのアカウントについて本アプリがmacOS Keychainに保存したOAuthトークンと接続情報が削除されます。Google側の許可も取り消す場合は、Googleアカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」からMeetingReminderのアクセス権を削除してください。

その他のローカル設定、またはライセンスサーバーに保存された情報の削除を依頼する場合は、下記の問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。本人確認に必要な範囲でライセンスキーや購入時のメールアドレスなどの提示をお願いする場合があります。法令上の義務、取引記録の保持、返金・不正利用対応、および無料試用の重複利用防止に必要な情報は、削除後も必要な期間保持する場合があります。

8. Webサイト

本Webサイトはアクセス解析用Cookieや独自のトラッキング技術を使用していません。ホスティングおよびセキュリティ提供者は、サービス提供に必要なIPアドレスやリクエスト情報を処理する場合があります。

Webフォントの表示にはGoogle Fontsを使用しているため、ブラウザがGoogleのサーバーへ接続する場合があります。Googleによる情報の取り扱いについては、Googleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

9. 変更とお問い合わせ

1. Overview

MeetingReminder (the "App") reads events from Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar accounts selected by the user, displays upcoming meetings on the user's Mac, and provides reminders before meetings begin. This policy explains how information is handled by the App and this website.

2. Information We Access

Google account and Google Calendar data

• Google account identifier, display name, and email address
• Calendars available to the user and the user's calendar selections
• Event titles, times, descriptions, locations, attendance status, meeting URLs, and room resources

The App uses read-only access and does not create, modify, or delete Google Calendar events.

Microsoft account and calendar data

If connected, the App similarly reads Microsoft account information, calendar lists, and event data. It does not create, modify, or delete events.

Camera data

If the user enables camera-aware alerts, the App analyzes face direction on the Mac for approximately two seconds when an alert appears. Images and video are not stored or transmitted off the device.

Information entered by the user

The App stores settings required for its operation on the Mac, including alert preferences, calendar selections, a personal meeting URL, and custom reminders.

License information

When a paid license is activated, the App processes the license key, the Mac name and random device ID used to identify the device, product plan, and last validation time. The license key and activation information are stored in macOS Keychain.

Free-trial information

When the seven-day free trial is authorized or checked, the App processes a random UUID generated on the device. The server stores only a pseudonymous HMAC-SHA256 identifier derived from that UUID with a secret key, the trial start time, the fixed trial expiration time, and the last validation time. The raw UUID is not stored. To prevent trial abuse, a separate pseudonymous HMAC identifier derived from the connecting IP address is temporarily processed by Cloudflare's rate-limiting service.

3. How We Use Information

• To display upcoming meetings and their details
• To provide visual and audible reminders before meetings
• To present online meeting links
• To detect whether a room is assigned and adjust reminder timing
• To maintain connected accounts and user preferences

Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, credit evaluation, data sales, or AI model training.

4. Storage and Security

OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and connected-account information are stored in macOS Keychain. Event data is processed in memory and is not stored in a persistent event database after the App exits. Alert preferences and other settings are stored in the local macOS preferences system.

The App uses HTTPS to communicate with Google and Microsoft. Calendar data is not transmitted to a server controlled by the developer.

Stripe Managed Payments is used for purchases and payment processing. At purchase, Stripe processes information such as the purchaser's name, email address, billing information, and payment information. The developer does not store full payment card numbers.

Cloudflare Workers and D1 are used for license issuance, device activation, and free-trial authorization. The purchaser's email address, Stripe transaction identifiers, product plan, license status, and activated devices are stored to provide licenses, confirm purchases, handle refunds, and provide support. Paid-license activation sends the license key, Mac name, and random device ID to the developer's license server; checks normally performed every seven days send the license key and random device ID. The license key and device ID are stored on the server as one-way hashes. For the free trial, a random device UUID is sent during authorization and trial-status checks; the server stores only its pseudonymous HMAC identifier and trial and last-validation timestamps. Calendar data is never sent for license or trial validation.

The pseudonymous identifier derived from the free-trial device UUID and its timestamps are retained for the lifetime of the service to prevent repeated use of the free trial. The connecting IP address and its pseudonymous identifier are not stored in D1 and are used only for short-term rate limiting.

5. Sharing

The App does not sell calendar data or disclose it to third parties such as advertisers or data brokers. It communicates with official Google or Microsoft services for authentication and data retrieval, uses Stripe for payment processing, and uses Cloudflare for licensing and website delivery. No other sharing occurs unless required by law.

6. Google API Data

MeetingReminder's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Disconnecting and Deletion

Users can disconnect an account in the App's calendar settings. Disconnecting deletes the OAuth tokens and connected-account information stored by the App in macOS Keychain for that account. To also revoke access at Google, remove MeetingReminder from the Third-party apps and services page of your Google Account.

To request deletion of other local settings or information stored by the license server, contact us using the address below. We may ask for a license key, purchase email address, or other information strictly necessary to verify the request. Information required for legal obligations, transaction records, refunds and fraud handling, or prevention of repeated free-trial use may be retained for the necessary period after a deletion request.

8. Website

This website does not use analytics cookies or custom tracking technologies. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and request information as necessary to provide their services.

The website uses Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google's servers to display web fonts. See the Google Privacy Policy for information about Google's data practices.

9. Changes and Contact
