1. 規約への同意

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MeetingReminder（以下「本アプリ」）および関連Webサイトの利用条件を定めます。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。

2. サービス内容

本アプリは、利用者が接続したGoogle CalendarまたはMicrosoft Calendarの予定を読み取り、会議予定の表示、会議URLへのアクセス、および開始前の通知を提供します。本アプリはカレンダーの予定を作成、変更、削除しません。

3. アカウントと利用者の責任

• 利用者は、自身が利用する権限を持つGoogleまたはMicrosoftアカウントのみを接続できます。
• 利用者は、端末、アカウント、および認証情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。
• 利用者は、適用法令および接続先サービスの規約に従って本アプリを利用するものとします。

4. 使用許諾

本規約を遵守することを条件として、利用者に対し、本アプリを対応するMac上で個人的または業務上の生産性向上の目的に使用する、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不能な権利を付与します。本アプリまたはWebサイトの権利は、明示的に付与されたものを除き、開発者または各権利者に帰属します。

1つのライセンスは、購入者本人が所有し、かつ購入者本人が使用するMacに限り、同時に2台まで認証できます。ライセンスを第三者に共有、譲渡、貸与、または再販売することはできません。

PersonalとSupporterで利用できる機能に違いはありません。Supporterは、MeetingReminderの継続開発をより強く応援したい利用者向けの価格です。

利用者は、認証済み端末の登録を解除することにより、別のMacへライセンスを移行できます。認証済み端末を利用できない場合は、サポート窓口へ端末登録の解除を依頼できます。

ライセンス認証後、本アプリはオフラインでも利用できます。本アプリは通常7日ごとにライセンス状態を確認します。通信障害、オフライン状態、その他の一時的な確認失敗のみを理由として有料機能を停止しません。返金、チャージバック、不正利用、またはライセンスの明確な無効化が確認された場合、有料機能を停止することがあります。

7日間の無料試用期間中は全機能を利用できます。試用を認証するため、初回にインターネット接続が1回必要です。認証後は試用終了日時まで、端末に保存された試用情報によりオフラインでも利用できます。試用期間終了後もカレンダーの同期、予定の確認、および会議URLへのアクセスは利用できますが、ライセンスを認証するまで通知機能は停止します。

5. 禁止事項

• 本アプリを違法、不正、または第三者の権利を侵害する目的で使用すること
• 認証やセキュリティ機能を回避し、またはサービスの運用を妨害すること
• 適用法令で認められる範囲を超えて、本アプリを複製、再配布、改変、またはリバースエンジニアリングすること

6. 外部サービス

本アプリはGoogle Calendar、Microsoft Calendar、macOS、Stripe Managed Payments、およびCloudflareなどの外部サービスおよびプラットフォームに依存します。これらの提供条件、API、障害、仕様変更、または利用者の組織ポリシーにより、本アプリの一部または全部が利用できない場合があります。各外部サービスの利用には、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

7. 保証の否認

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。通知の到達時刻、会議情報の正確性、継続的な動作、または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。利用者は重要な予定について、元のカレンダーや他の通知手段も確認してください。

8. 責任の制限

適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、本アプリの使用または使用不能、通知の遅延や不達、会議への遅刻、データの消失、外部サービスの障害などから生じた間接的、付随的、特別、結果的損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。本規定は、法令上制限できない責任を制限するものではありません。

9. 変更と終了

本アプリの機能を変更、一時停止、または終了することがあります。本規約を変更する場合はこのページを更新します。変更後も本アプリを使用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

10. 準拠法とお問い合わせ

本規約は、抵触法の原則を除き、日本法に準拠します。本規約または本アプリに関するお問い合わせはinfo@chie8842.comまでご連絡ください。

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern use of MeetingReminder (the "App") and its related website. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service

The App reads events from Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar accounts connected by the user and provides meeting displays, access to meeting URLs, and reminders before meetings begin. The App does not create, modify, or delete calendar events.

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

• You may connect only Google or Microsoft accounts you are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for securing your device, accounts, and credentials.
• You must use the App in compliance with applicable law and the terms of connected services.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on a compatible Mac for personal or workplace productivity. Except for rights expressly granted here, rights in the App and website remain with the developer or their respective owners.

One license may be activated on no more than two Macs at the same time, and only on Macs owned and used by the purchaser. A license may not be shared with, transferred to, loaned to, or resold to a third party.

Personal and Supporter include the same features. Supporter is an optional higher price for users who want to provide additional support for the continued development of MeetingReminder.

You may move a license to another Mac by deactivating a registered device. If a registered device is no longer accessible, you may ask support to remove its activation.

After activation, the App works offline. The App normally checks license status every seven days. Paid features are not disabled solely because of a network outage, offline use, or another temporary validation failure. Paid features may be disabled after a refund, chargeback, fraudulent use, or explicit license invalidation is confirmed.

All features are available during the seven-day free trial. One initial internet connection is required to authorize the trial. After authorization, the cached trial information remains usable offline until the fixed expiration time. After the trial, calendar synchronization, event browsing, and access to meeting URLs remain available, but notifications are paused until a license is activated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes
• Circumventing authentication or security features or interfering with operation of the service
• Copying, redistributing, modifying, or reverse engineering the App beyond what applicable law permits

6. Third-Party Services

The App depends on third-party services and platforms, including Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, macOS, Stripe Managed Payments, and Cloudflare. Their availability, APIs, outages, changes, or organizational policies may make some or all App functionality unavailable. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant reminder delivery times, the accuracy of meeting information, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should also check the source calendar or another reminder method for important events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App, delayed or missed alerts, missed meetings, data loss, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and Termination

App functionality may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. If these Terms change, this page will be updated. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Contact info@chie8842.com with questions about these Terms or the App.
